The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and Net Composites have announced the conference program for the Global Composites conference.
HEs new international composites industry event will focus on global business, trends and insights for the global composites market and takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, US from 27-28 June 2018.
‘Our industry is facing the reality of global competition,’ says Tom Dobbins, ACMA president. ‘Composites manufacturing business leaders must expand their perspective, seeing beyond the domestic and building partnerships that promote growth, efficiency and profits. This conference prepares our industry's leaders for the challenges facing our North American businesses, as well as best practices to conduct business in various markets while adapting to their unique customs, norms and business practices.’
The conference will start on 27 June with a keynote speech from Hamid Kia from General Motors entitled Standardising the Global Supply Chain – Automotive and Aerospace Viewpoints.
